In order to qualify as a registered Member of the Company, the Member shall be in good standing, with the Company i.e. be regarded as having complied with all their explicit obligations, while not being subject to any form of sanction, suspension or disciplinary censure in terms of article 5.3.3 and contribute to one or more of the Company’s initiatives (Please tick √ next to the initiative below):

• the Company’s security initiatives; or
• the Company’s environmental initiatives; or
• the Company’s medical initiatives; or
• any other Company initiative which the Company may introduce from time to time that the Board determines at its sole discretion meets the requirements of a membership contribution in terms of any Rules issued.

REGISTERED MEMBERSHIP IS CONFERRED ON THE HOUSEHOLD AND THE HOUSEHOLD HAS ONE VOTE AT ALL THE GENERAL MEETINGS.
